We will work with your HR team, Head of Operations or GM to deliver the right candidates that will fit your brand and culture. We can interview in your restaurant and talk through the various leadership challenges referring back to our own experience as accomplished restaurateurs. Fees are only due after a candidate passes their probationary period so its really important that we place the right leader in the right business.
We will support you in hosting assessment days where we could interview up to 50 candidates. Furthermore we offer continuous FOH support ensuring your vacancies are being filled with great talent. This could be a low monthly retainer no matter how many vacancies we fill and we will reduce our fees on management placement as our support continues. Every restaurant project is bespoke, we'll work with your current leadership team or lead the entire recruitment strategy ground up and find the best talent for your new venture.
