Your pay will increase +£1,000 every year while we support your skills development through our chef training academy

Our Dishoom Delivery Kitchens support our online orders for delivery.
Kitchen Assistants/Commis Chefs: £10.50/hour
CDP Curry/Tandoor Specialist Chef: 29K per year
Kitchen Supervisor: 30K-34K per year
Kitchen Manager: 37K+ per year
You will join a brigade of 10 professional chefs in a well-organised and well-supported kitchen offering similar career development, training and salary as our Dishoom Cafes.
Our delivery kitchens open 9/10am and close 10/11pm and you would usually work three 12-hour shifts with breaks of course followed by one 8-hour shift and then have three days off.
Your three days off will change week to week and you would need to be fully flexible to work on any day.

Dishoom Cafe positions working 5 days on 2 days off, full-time 45-hour/week contracts.
Dishoom cafes are large high-street restaurants and cocktail bars supported by large teams of up to 150 colleagues and brigades up to 30 chefs.
DCDP Grill/Tandoor/Curry Chef: 25K-28K/year depending on experience
DCDP Breakfast Chef: 25K-28K/year depending on experience
CDP Curry/Tandoor/Breakfast Specialist Chef: 29K per year
SCDP Tandoor/Curry Chefs: 32K per year
SOUS Chef: 37K-40K+ per year
Your shift pattern will require full flexibility.
A morning/day shift could start at 8am and end at 4pm, breakfast chef starting from 7am.
An evening/night shift could start at 5pm and end after the restaurant closes at midnight.
Your shift pattern will usually be balanced with an even share of day and evening shifts, always 2 days off every week however your days off will change from week to week.
