Our client is looking for a strong Bars Manager who will support an established indoor/outdoor bar space comprising three pop-up style bars. the concept is very much built around craft beers, spirits, wines events, music and great casual food. The bars are casual with an indoor and outdoor bar area supported by a casual food offering. This will be an exciting and very social role supporting an established senior leadership team.
The bars and events concepts are a part of an established brand with very exciting growth plans that will include unique, casual and upmarket restaurants.
We are accomplished restaurateurs and work with independent restaurants supporting leadership roles.
