Cafe Supervisor - London

Cafe Supervisor - £24,000 - Kensington, St James and Bishopsgate locations

Day shifts up to 8pm

I'm looking for an experienced cafe/coffee shop supervisor or an accomplished head barista/server with management experience.

The position is within a luxury fitness gym in three central London locations leading the cafe team of around x6 colleagues. The company is called Munchfit however you will be working with the Equinox gyms located in Kensington, St James and Bishopsgate. The cafe opens at 06h30am and closed at 8pm every day, you would need to be fully flexible to work 5 shifts accross any 7 day week however the cafe closes at 8pm so you would not be required to work late evenings.

Your Experience:

• Have supervisor/management experience in a similar cafe or restaurant
• Have experience in leading standards, training, HnS, open and closing procedures
• Have experience in working in a similar size team delivering exceptional customer service, standards and operational process
• Have experience training and developing your team,  building an engaged, fun and professional working environment
• Have strong barista experience
