Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join the Head Office team, reporting directly to the co-founders. The ideal candidate would, preferably, come from a hospitality background, be passionate about culture, people, staff retention, training & L&D, and have an obsessive attention to detail.
You will, of course, need to be an expert in generalist HR work, understand employment law and employee relations, have a strategic mind as well as have 'best in class' attention to detail. A qualification of CIPD L5 (minimum) would be advantageous.
The position will develop quickly and the team has a healthy growth strategy with a few new openings planned for the year ahead. Having previous accomplishments as a hospitality professional in the senior team is crucial to really understand the challenges day-to-day and how to get things done at a high level and relative to all areas of the business.
