We are a small group of independent restaurant pubs located near Guilford in Godalming

 

If you like to wear jeans and checkered shirts, you’ll fit right in. You have tattoos and piercings, not a problem, mohawk hair…sure but it won’t last with some low beams in a Grade II building.

 

Wood-fired smoked barbecue, craft beer, cocktails, professional, fresh with a quirky attitude. We are as casual as it gets… but we are seriously exceptional in our standards. With a “London Feel” service style and vibe, set in the glorious leafy Witley and Chiddingfold areas, these sites have unique charm and rustic appeal, a true destination.

 

The opportunity is for an accomplished GM that has led a large business of over 100 seats in a forward-thinking independent brand. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership. The brand has two sites and looking to expand so there is future growth opportunity for the right candidate

 

 

You’ll have experience in a similar sized restaurant bar/pub with a high footfall, +100 seats

A good understanding of general financials would be great, with P&L knowledge
