Recruitment Manager Hospitality - 35K/year


We are looking for an In-House Recruiter/Recruitment Manager to take the lead on our FOH recruitment support.


The restaurants are located in three central London areas and the group has restaurants around the world. Very well-known and located in only the busiest major city locations.


This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday and based within any of the three central London restaurants. However, we would require you to have some flexibility, able to at times flex into the evening or perhaps spend some time over a weekend with the teams when necessary.


Salary starting at 35K/year


Who is this for:


The position will suit a hospitality professional with hands-on experience working in restaurants and various restaurant departments. You will have some experience supporting recruitment days, interviews, training, and induction of new starters in a large high-street restaurant. Recruitment and hospitality experience is required, and you would need to really understand how to interview and recruit a fantastic team, be able to place candidates into the various FOH positions within our three large central London restaurants and know where a candidate will be most suited to develop their career.


About the Role:


The Recruitment Manager is a newly developed position and you will support three of our large restaurants in Central London.

You will be the face of our brand, managing the application process, pre-screen, communication, interviews, and open days.

You will be mobile and work between the three restaurants giving you a clear view of the day-to-day challenges; reacting to recruitment support needs.

You will build strong relationships with the restaurant managers and the various positions within each restaurant; able to place candidates into the right roles depending on experience and the specific restaurant requirements.

The opportunity will develop as the business grows with new openings ahead.

You will be one of the first to join the recruitment support team and you will be integral to the growth of our business and the health of our guest-focussed teams.


You will have experience in:


  • Experience working in a known high-street restaurant.
  • Interviewing FOH teams, interview techniques and interview strategy.
  • Experience in managing the recruitment workflow, job boards, applications, and communication through various stages.
  • Experience in supporting open days/group interview events.
  • A genuine love for people, be the face of our brand and represent the core values that make us great.
  • A strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Build strong relationships with the restaurant managers and key stakeholders
  • Be hands-on and lead the recruitment support from the front
