We are looking for a strong Restaurant AGM or experienced GM looking for a development opportunity to lead an established restaurant in Soho.
You will be integral to the business growth plans and your positon will develop to the GM role within 3-6 months.
The position salary will be circa 40K/year (Bonus TBC) however, this will increase with your responsibility and accomplishments as the brand expands. 
 
The Business:
 
The brand is supported by an accomplished leadership team with a view to expand into new London locations. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will support the current GM in the  Soho Restaruant and develop up to the GM position as the new opening plans progress. The position will be hands-on and develop to the GM position with full PnL responsibility and accountability. The brand has a string growth plan ahead, new openings not only in restaurants and bars but also in the production/delivery kitchen concepts which will find your position develop in time.
 
The position:
 
Lead the current Soho location as AGM, hands-on, leading a team of 20 colleagues.
Develop your position to the GM role within 3-6 months.
 
Your previous experience:
 
You will have previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or an accomplished Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
You will have experience in an established London high street brand.
You will have strong business acumen and PnL understanding.

 

You must be:

•           Passionate, knowledgeable and love what you do
•           Natural leader, coach and mentor, hands-on and lead from the font attitude
•           A great communicator and team builder, able to build relationships at all levels
•           Be self-aware, able to take challenges and understand the expectation from your team above and below
•           Accomplished in known bars and restaurants, consistent and accomplished in previous roles
•           Have developed your career in hospitality from role to role 

Be able to:

•           Demonstrate your ability to train, develop and lead a team
•           Demonstrate your previous accomplishments in bars and restaurants
•           Understand brand and values and be able to define a values-led business
•           Demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-awareness 
•           Lead a large team and demonstrate how you will deliver a high standard
•           Demonstrate your understanding of the relative PnL areas to your role
•           Understand challenges and how to drive performance day to day
•           Bars and wine knowledge
