Restaurant Assistant Manager/Duty Manager - Birmingham

We are accomplished restaurateurs consulting in the recruitment industry, we are looking for an experienced restaurant assistant manager, duty manager and floor manager to join a large team and support a new-opening in Birmingham. The new-opening will be a very large 350-seat restaurant and cocktail bar able to serve over 1000 guests a day, a multi-facetted up-market cafe which will employ a large team of over 100 staff.

We are looking for a values-led manager that has experience in large teams and in a known high-street brand. You will need to demonstrate your previous experience in a high-footfall restaurant and cocktail bar and talk through how you have developed your career in hospitality, have consistency and success in your previous roles as well as articulate your objectives and reasoning through previous appointments. You will be self-aware and be able to communicate your relevance and fit into a restaurant and cocktail bar of this size.
