Restaurant General Manager - Fulham - London

Our client is looking for a strong Restaurant General Manager who will support the leadership of a Michelin-Star pub, the only Michelin Star pub in London. Hidden away in the back streets of Fulham, the pub offers award-winning food with a focus on game, wild food and wine in a casual and relaxed setting. The role would suit a an accomplished restaurant general manager with experience in fine-dining or Michelin-star restaurants, demonstrate strong leadership and values as well as experience in driving local marketing and relationships.

Provenance is key to their success and they have developed relationships with the best suppliers to keep consistency of quality. A values-led British Pub and you would work in a close team of up to 20 staff, very personal with strong local customer relationships. 

Open only for lunch service 12-3pm and dinner service 6pm-9pm

You must be:

• A great communicator and team builder, able to build relationships at all levels
• Accomplished in known restaurant brands, consistent and accomplished in previous roles
• Have developed your career in hospitality from role to role
