We are looking for a strong Restaurant General Manager to lead an established restaurant in Soho.
You will be integral to the business growth plans to open new locations and develop into a multi-site position in time.
The position salary will be circa 50K/year (Bonus TBC) however, this will increase with your responsibility and accomplishments as the brand expands. 
 
The Business:
 
The brand is supported by an accomplished leadership team with a view to expand into new London locations. The Restaurant General Manager will lead the current Soho Restaruant and develop up to a multi-site position in time as then business opens in new locations. The position will be hands-on as Restaurant General Manager and develop not only to new openings but also in time leading the production and delivery kitchen locations in time. The position of Restaurant General Manager will develop to multi-site/Operations Manager and you would need to demonstrate your previous accomplishments in leading teams and have had some experience/understanding of new openings, operations and remote/production/delivery kitchens.
 
The position:
 
Lead the current Soho location as Restaurant General Manager, hands-on, leading a team of 20 colleagues.
Develop your position to a multi-site role after successfully opening more restaurants in new London locations.
Develop your position to include the leadership of the off-site production/delivery kitchens.
 
Your previous experience:
 
You will have previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
You will have led an established London high street brand.
You will have experience leading a full restaurant PnL.

•           Passionate, knowledgeable and love what you do
•           Natural leader, coach and mentor, hands-on and lead from the font attitude
•           A great communicator and team builder, able to build relationships at all levels
•           Be self-aware, able to take challenges and understand the expectation from your team above and below
•           Accomplished in known bars and restaurants, consistent and accomplished in previous roles
•           Have developed your career in hospitality from role to role 

Be able to:

•           Demonstrate your ability to train, develop and lead a team
•           Demonstrate your previous accomplishments in bars and restaurants
•           Understand brand and values and be able to define a values-led business
•           Demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-awareness 
•           Lead a large team and demonstrate how you will deliver a high standard
•           Demonstrate your understanding of the relative PnL areas to your role
•           Understand challenges and how to drive performance day to day
•           Bars and wine knowledge
