Restaurant/Pub Supervisor/Assistant Manager (Live-in) - 23K to 27K per year with an overtime supplement.
Package equivalent including accommodation (+35K/year)

All accommodation cost included.
Located in Hertfordshire between London, Harlow and Windsor.
Opportunities within the three existing independently owned pubs with a further two new openings ahead.

Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced restaurant/pub supervisor (or an accomplished head server) looking to support the day-to-day guest experience and general business admin.
You will join a team of around 12 bar, server and chef colleagues.

Pay:

We offer a full-time contract 40 hours/week; £23,000 - £27,000 per year and a supplement pay for any overtime hours worked.
We have included your share of the service charge/tronc however at times you may earn more serviced tronc.

Your experience:

  • You would need to be an experienced restaurant floor manager or accomplished head server in a large known brand.
  • You would need to have some experience in stock control, stock management, counts and ordering.
  • You would need to have some experience in leading and developing a team to deliver a high standard of service.
  • You would need to love people, be a natural host to our guests and strive to deliver exceptional service.
  • You would need to join full time, be fully flexible, have experience in known brands and have a full right to work in the UK.

About us:

The pubs are independently owned; each with a unique fresh food offer in an upmarket gastro pub. Three successful pubs with a further two new openings ahead. Fresh food, cocktails and wines serving the main al la carte restaurant and outside garden areas.

You would join a team of around 12 colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience, build relationships within the community and strive to make a name for yourself within a team and pub that you can be proud of.

Monday: Closed 
Tuesday: 12:00 - 22:00 (Kitchen 12:00-15:00/17:00-21:00)
Wednesday: 12:00 - 22:00 (Kitchen 12:00-15:00/17:00-21:00)
Thursday: 12:00 - 22:00 (Kitchen 12:00-15:00/17:00-21:00)
Friday: 12:00 - 23:30 (Kitchen 12:00-21:30)
Saturday: 12:00 - 23:30 (Kitchen 12:00-21:30)
Sunday: 12:00 - 21:00 (Kitchen 12:00-19:00)
