Sous Chef - £40,000 per year - London, Soho
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef or accomplished Sous Chef looking to develop to the Head Chef position over the year ahead.
You will have experience working in known high-street brands with strong experience in Asian/Indian/Sri Lankan cuisine.
As Sous Chef you will support the current Head Chef with a view to developing up into the Head Chef position. Then business is values-led and supported by an experienced team looking to open multiple restaurants in the year ahead. With this growth, will come further opportunities.
Your experience:
Known high-street brands, consistency in previous positions with year on year accomplishments
Strong experience and understanding of Indian or Sri Lankan cuisine
Experience leading a brigade
Strong kitchen management experience and business acumen
Be able to demonstrate:
Strong leadership reflecting on your previous experience leading teams
Natural coach and trainer and be able to talk through how you develop a strong kitchen team
Management of all kitchen administration, HnS, recruitment, stock, budgeting, PnL and Reporting
