Opportunities in all London cafes and you would need to be fully flexible to support the teams multi-site
 
The Location:
We have vacancies in multiple London locations North, East, South and West London
 
The Position:
You would need experience in working in an Indian cuisine kitchen
Hands-on understanding and experience in Curry and Tandoor Grill and Naan
Experience working in large teams I an very busy high volume kitchen supporting a professional brigade
Strong communication, training and support skills
Experience in kitchen admin, systems, process and HnS and stock
 
Cafes: Kensington: Carnaby, Shoreditch, Kings Cross, Covent Garden
Dishoom Cafe positions working 5 days on 2 days off, full-time
