Full-time only, 45/week

 

Restaurant opportunities in our large cafes working in a brigade of up to 30 professional chefs

- Cafe positions are 5 days on and 2 days off

Delivery kitchen opportunities working in  our take-away/prep kitchens 

- Delivery kitchens positions are 4 days on and 3 days off

Have experience working in large high street brands and/or hotel experience working in large teams

Accomplished professional chef, preferably with Indian/Tandoor experience

Demonstrate your experience from previous positions relative to a senior chef position

Reside in the UK, can work full-time and fully flexible with a full unrestricted UK working visa/passport

The Cafes are large with some employing over 150 colleagues. We have cafes in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. We are now developing the Dishoom Delivery Kitchens supporting the takeaway delivery business with Deliveroo. This is a massively developing business, the chef teams are equally as skilled, developed and supported as in the cafes and we offer a fantastic career path as you grow with us.

 

These delivery kitchens have chef teams of up to 10 and located in London - Park Royal, Swiss Cottage, White Chapel, Islington, Carnaby, Battersea, Wandsworth, Bermondsey as well as Brighton Hove and Cambridge
