Head Chef - London

We are looking for an accomplished Sous Chef or experienced Head Chef to join an independent Italian restaurant and bar in central London

The business is established serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. The role is for a Head Chef or Sous Chef with the potential to develop up into the Head Chef position. There are two locations and we are looking to pick up on our development plans from last year as the cafes start to get busier.

• 35K-45K/year depending on experience
• You would need to be an accomplished Sous Chef in a high street brand or an experienced Head Chef
• Strong kitchen leadership experience with the potential to develop your role multi-site
• Strong communicator, able to work with your team and senior support to improve and develop
• Lead from the front, be a mentor and have natural leadership to develop your team
• Italian cuisine experience is preferred
• Take ownership
