The Dishoom team have a philosophy of service and leadership called Seva; a Hindu word for big heartedness and selfless service. 
Our team training is based around the idea of Seva; that we give of ourselves with heart and mind to each other and our guests.
 
 
YOUR INTERVIEW IS CONFIRMED
 
It's important that you arrive on time and plan your journey to meet us, we have put time aside especially to meet you.
It's never great to reschedule an interview and in most instances we would not offer a second opportunity. 
However, if there is something unforeseen please call me directly so that I can understand the challenge and help if possible.
 
It's important that you join a great team, humble, supportive and values-led; so its important that you have taken the time to read the website and know a bit about us so that you can share why you feel Dishoom is right for you.
 
Dress casual and please bring to your interview any proof of your right-to-work so that we can get you started as soon as possible.
Although you will interview in a different location, you can still choose where you would like to work.
 
*All applicants must be over the age of 18 because of the sale of alcohol in our restaurants
 
OUR FULL TIME CAREERS
 
Careers with us are full time only working across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.
Shifts are usually a balance of 2 early, 1 middle and 2 late shifts and you will work 5 shifts a week over 5 days with two days off.
Your two days off will be on different days rota to rota and cannot be fixed around studies or any specific regular days that you require off.
Your rota is provided at least 6 days in advance and the 2 days off will change rota to rota, week to week.
The kitchen closes at midnight, it is important that you can travel home when leaving up to 2am.
