- Full-time 40 hours/week, and everyone has the same full-time rota.
- Balanced shifts, usually 2 early, 1 middle and 2 late shifts/week.
- Rota is two weeks in advance, and your two days off will differ from week to week (hence why you need to be fully flexible).
- We pay monthly, however, you can access pay in advance using Wagestream.
- Our tronc system ensures that you keep more of what you earn paying less tax on service.
- Every penny of the service charge goes to the team, and we have a lot to share.
- Each cafe seats 300-400 guests and up to 2000 guests/day.
- No uniform, be yourself and have your own style following a casual dress guideline.
- Full induction and paid training before you start.
- We open at 8am and close at midnight, on a very late shift you could expect to leave as late as 2am.
- We have over 150 colleagues in each cafe and you will work in a team of over 50 on each shift.
- We will develop your career and offer various training programs and master classes for you to sign up for.
- Develop your career with us and after 5 years we will take you to Mumbai India on a 5-day trip.
- Fortnightly team get-togethers and monthly sporting events.

INTERVIEWS 15-minutes

No trial shifts and no tests.
Dress casual, be yourself and ask questions.
If you are a cocktail bartender, you'll spend 30 minutes on the bar with us for a cocktail test.

 

OPEN DAY 90-minutes

If you are booking a 90-minute open day, arrive just before the start time.
Open days are relaxed, it's a group event however we have positions for all candidates that attend... it's not a test to see who is the best... just be yourself, engage, ask questions and have fun.
You will also interview/chat with us one to one and there is not further interview process after this event. 
And remember to bring with you any proof of your right to work in UK.
