- Full-time 40 hours/week, and everyone has the same full-time rota.
- Balanced shifts, usually 2 early, 1 middle and 2 late shifts/week.
- Rota is two weeks in advance, and your two days off will differ from week to week (hence why you need to be fully flexible).
- We pay monthly, however, you can access pay in advance using Wagestream.
- Our tronc system ensures that you keep more of what you earn paying less tax on service.
- Every penny of the service charge goes to the team, and we have a lot to share.
- Each cafe seats 300-400 guests and up to 2000 guests/day.
- No uniform, be yourself and have your own style following a casual dress guideline.
- Full induction and paid training before you start.
- We open at 8am and close at midnight, on a very late shift you could expect to leave as late as 2am.
- We have over 150 colleagues in each cafe and you will work in a team of over 50 on each shift.
- We will develop your career and offer various training programs and master classes for you to sign up for.
- Develop your career with us and after 5 years we will take you to Mumbai India on a 5-day trip.
