SIMPLE INTERVIEW PROCESS
 
No trial shifts are required.
15 minute chat in one of our cafes where you will meet the team.
(Cocktail Bartenders will spend a further 30 minutes with us on the bar)
No uniforms here - smart casual and comfortable is key, and of course trainers are fine.
All applicants must be over the age of 18 due to the sale of alcohol in our restaurants.
 
OUR FULL TIME CAREERS
 
Careers with us are full time only working across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.
Shifts are usually a balance of 2 early, 1 middle and 2 late shifts and you will work 5 shifts a week over 5 days with two days off.
Your two days off will be on different days rota to rota and cannot be fixed around studies or any specific regular days that you require off.
Your rota is provided at least 6 days in advance and the 2 days off will change rota to rota, week to week.
The kitchen closes at midnight, it is important that you can travel home when leaving up to 2am.
