GDPR, You and The Restaurant Recruiter…
GDPR and PRIVACY POLICY INTRODUCTION
Who is The Restaurant Recruiter?
We are a recruitment consultancy business. We support candidates in finding opportunities that will challenge and develop their careers. When we put a candidate forward this reflects on our experience as past restaurateurs, so we take a little more time in getting to know exactly what a candidate is looking for, only then do we introduce the client and the opportunity.
What’s our commitment to you?
Simply put, your interest will only ever be shared with a client once you’ve agreed that the opportunity is right for you. You’ll receive confirmation that your interest has been sent and we’ll communicate next steps clearly.
What do we need from you?
We’ll connect with you when you apply for a role and ensure your support details are right for you. You also have your own access and you can update, amend and even delete information at any time. We want this information to be as updated as possible, so we’ll ask you at least once a year to “get in touch” and login. We work for you, so the more up to date the better.
