We are looking for an experienced Pub Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking to develop up. You will lead the day-to-day guest experience and the general business admin working closely with the owner and head chef.
This will be a supported development plan with the potential to develop to the Pub Manager position.
You will join a team of around 12 bar, server and chef colleagues.
We offer a full-time contract, £25,000 to £30,000 per year and a supplement pay of £12-£15 per hour for any overtime hours worked in a 48 hour/week.
We have included your share of the service charge/tronc, this may be more but will never be less than your agreed salary.
