Head Chef Italian Cuisine - £45,000 to £50,000 per year - London, Southbank

We are looking for an accomplished Head Chef with strong experience in Italian cuisine to join an independent Italian restaurant and bar in central London.
We are an established known brand serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. 

Opening for lunch from 11am and closing at 10pm.
Indoor and outdoor terrace with a cocktail bar.
FOH team size 15 with a brigade of 5 chefs.

  • Hourly rate £19-£20/hour (45K-50K/year) depending on experience
  • You would need to be an accomplished Sous Chef in a high street brand or an experienced Head Chef with Italian cuisine experience.
  • Strong kitchen leadership experience with the potential to develop your role multi-site
  • Strong communicator, able to work with your team and senior support to improve and develop
  • Lead from the front, be a mentor and have natural leadership to develop your team
  • Italian cuisine experience
