Hospitality/Restaurant Manager - £38,00 to £40,000 per year - London

 

The Opportunity:

 

We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager/Hospitality Manager to lead a high volume, large team in an immersive arts and hospitality experience.

The position would suit a Restaurant Manager with at least +3 years leadership experience in a known high-street brand leading a large team of over +50 staff, or a Hospitality Manager accomplished in leading large hospitality events.

The role assume responsibility of the dining experience supporting a team of over 75 as well as working closely with the He’d of Hospitality supporting the business admin, budgets, business health, recruitment, training and succession planning.

The role has some elements of remote working however the key guest experience times are:

- Monday and Tuesday no service.
- Wednesday and Thursday lunch.
- Friday Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner.

 

The Business:

 

Now 5 years on, the hospitality experience has become incredibly well know offering a unique dining experience immersed in a theatre. 250 seat venue supported by a large team over over 70, the dining experience is upmarket yet relaxed and immersive.

Currently located in Kensington area with a new opening ahead offering career development as the brand and venues grow.

The benifits offer is fantastic, evening finishes around 23h30pm, pension scheme and a uniquely diverse responsibility day to day supporting all areas of the business.

 

You must be:

 

  • A great communicator and team builder, able to build relationships at all levels, hands-on and lead from the front attitude.
  • Accomplished in known bars and restaurants, consistent and accomplished in previous roles.
  • Have developed your career in hospitality from role to role supporting large teams in recruitment, training and development.
  • Excellent experience with budgeting, finance and cost control process, including creating and working with spreadsheets.
  • Experienced with EPOS Systems and scheduling programs suck as FOURTH.

 

Be able to:

 

  • Talk through your career and how you have developed from role to role with the last 3 years as restaurant/hospitality manager.
  • Demonstrate your previous accomplishments in bars and restaurants in a larger team +50.
  • Demonstrate your ability to train, develop and lead a team and ensure a high service standard.
  • Understand brand and values and be able to define a values-led business.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-awareness.
  • Lead a large team and demonstrate how you will deliver a high standard.
  • Demonstrate your understanding of the relative PnL areas to your role.
  • Understand challenges and how to drive performance day-to-day.
