Kitchen Manager - £30,000 + Bonus TBC - Sloane Avenue, London, SW3 3DH

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead one of our five eateries in London, Chelsea.

You will lead a team of around 6 and report directly to the General Manager/Area Manager.

Open from 8/9am and closing between 7pm and 9pm every day of the week.

We currently have 5 locations and plan to open future locations.

You will:

• Be responsible for food quality checks from suppliers, preparation and service.
• Be responsible for the PnL, profitability, budgeting and reporting.
• Be responsible for the service standards and quality.
• Be a great communicator, mentor and leader to your team.
• Train, develop and build your team up.
• Accountable for all policies, HnS, equipment use and compliance.

Your Experience:

• Previous accomplishments in leading a team as kitchen manager.
• Talk through your previous positions demonstrating your career development position to position.
• Experience in a high street brand working with your FOH and BOH team members.
• Experience working in fresh food, counter and table service in a high footfall central city location.
