Pub Chefs - DCDP/Grill Chef/CDP and Sous Chef (Live-in Option) - £25,000 to £35,000 per year + supplement hourly pay
Including accommodation and all bills/electricity/water/internet etc.
(Package including accommodation 35K-45K equivalent)

We are looking for an experienced chefs looking to support the team in the day-to-day kitchen service in our busy pub.
You will join a team of around 12 bar, server and chef colleagues.

Pay:

We offer a full-time contract, £25,000 to £35,000 per year and a supplement pay for any overtime hours worked.
Contract hours average 48/week.
We have included your share of the service charge/tronc.

Your experience:

• You would need to have experience as a chef in a known restaurant/pub.
• You would need to have some experience in stock control, stock management, counts and ordering.
• You would need to have some experience in leading and developing a team to deliver a high standard of service.
• You would need to join full time, be fully flexible, have experience in known brands and have a full right to work in the UK.

Offer of accommodation:

We offer the position as a live-in opportunity and all costs/bills included in your package.
The accommodation sits above the pub and includes your own double room, shared kitchen, diner and bathroom and a private driveway.

Friday: 12:00 - 23:30 (Kitchen 12:00-21:30)
Saturday: 12:00 - 23:30 (Kitchen 12:00-21:30)
Sunday: 12:00 - 21:00 (Kitchen 12:00-19:00)
