Pub Manager/General Manager (Live-in if required) - £32,000 per year + Accommodation + Bonus Potential of +6K/year. An independently owned, upmarket Pub located in Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, HP22 5XA. We may have opportunities in our other pubs located in Chorleywood and Harlow to discuss. We are looking for an experienced Pub Manager looking to join one of the three British cuisine Gastro Pubs (new pub openings ahead). You will join a team of around 12 bar, server and chef colleagues in an independandly managed, up market Gastro Pub.
Pay:
We offer a full-time contract, £32,000 per year + Bonus/Service potential of up to 6K/year. Independently owned and values-led, we pay pro-rata for hours worked above your 40 hours/week contract.
Your experience:
You would need to be an experienced Pub Manager/General Manager in a large known brand.
Demonstrate you full understanding of a pub PnL and day-to-day leadership.
Demonstrate a strong commercial sense to lead change, promote/market events and develop seasonal menus.
Demonstrate how you lead teams, support training and development, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You would need to join full time, be fully flexible, have experience in known brands and have a full right to work in the UK.

We offer the position as a live-in opportunity if required, with all cost/bills included in your package at no cost. The accommodation is above the pub and includes your own double room, shared kitchen, diner and bathroom and a private driveway.
