Restaurant General Manager - London

We are looking for an exceptional, accomplished restaurant general manager or multi-site operations manager to lead a large, high profile, multi-faceted restaurant and cocktail bar. You will lead a team of up to 150 colleagues, +300 covers serving over 1500 guests a day.

 

 

This opportunity as Restaurant General Manager will pay 70K-80K per annum and you will have previous accomplishments in a very large, similar high street brand. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of leadership experience in hospitality, your love for our industry and your in-depth knowledge of all facets managing a large operation. You will join an award-winning brand and work with some of the most accomplished leaders in the industry, a senior team that thrives on relationships and success as a team.

- Your previous accomplishments and your understanding of values-led leadership in a large multi-faceted high street brand of similar size

- How you ensure exceptional customer service from your team at every level in a large complex, multi-floor operation

- Draw a relationship from your previous experience and present clear and robust reasoning around why this role is right for you
